Oh Im totally the same - giving myself reasons to fail. Ive spent the last few weeks giving myself excuses to eat, and almost HOPING things will go wrong for me so I can have a meal of comfort food!
I say no time like the present, start right this very second, even if youve just eaten, dont wait till tomorrow and eat everything you can (like I did yesterday and put on 2lbs in the process!) start NOW!
With regards to your walk, you have a few options, you can either SS and then on the day itself move up and have an 810 day or even 1000, or else have a steady week on 1000 and move down the plans to SS once you feel more motivated. But thats just my opinion, perhaps a CDC could help you out more.
