The good thing is.......it only takes 10 mins to burn 115 cals I try to do that each night.

OMG Minz the cake sounds lush. I think we need to see a picture of it when it's done. I couldn't cook anything with out a sample of it. Hope you dinner tomorrow goes ok.

Katy thank you, i'm hoping baba will be ok soon. I just wish he could tell me whats up :-( Your day doesn't seem too bad, surely you are under the 1000 mark. The almond butter sounds good. Is there a secret in that or is KD keeping stum. lol. I know what you mean about the bars when I eat them I get hungry too and then snack. :confused: I always leave mine until night time with a cup of tea.

I have just had the boost I needed....i have done my measurements and photos. I have lost a total of 23.5"s in 6 weeks :D I have been comparing photos, I aint EVER going back.

Minz, hows the cake coming on??

wooh share some photos, pretty please? Cake is made (two rectangular shapes that i'll slice through the middle tomorrow and shape it like a heart) then on to the decorating (have a photo in my cakes album of what I'm thinking of - have a look and tell me what you think?)

Another 1lb this week, not bad but a bit disappointing, but got my phone interview to be a cdc on tuesday so happy with that.
35 minutes and 400 calories on the cross trainer today, gonna do so every day see if I can bump up my losses a bit, so hard to stick with the exercise but I know its gotta be done :)

Badger, that's brilliant... good luck with phone interview. I think you'd be a great CDC and inspirational, and your wise, quiet yet can-do approach would really help others. You have had some great insights on the threads and have come such an amazing journey yourself. One pound this week - next week you should get a whoosh... I am hoping for the same. (Actually I am hoping for ANYTHING. An ounce would do!!!) You will get there, but I agree, the last stretch is such hard going. Thank goodness for this thread.

Minz, dusting a treadmill sounds dangerously close to exercise... be careful. Dust VERY slowly and take regular breaks, just to be on the safe side. As for the cake album... NOOOOOO!!!! I will not look. I will NOT look!!!!!!

Trip, my pants are pretty scary now too... come up to my armpits just about. I need new undies!!! That was my goal reward, yet to achieve, but it is getting kind of ridiculous!
