I have just had the boost I needed....i have done my measurements and photos. I have lost a total of 23.5"s in 6 weeksI have been comparing photos, I aint EVER going back.

Well done on both counts and your loss to date is AMAZING!!!!!Another 1lb this week, not bad but a bit disappointing, but got my phone interview to be a cdc on tuesday so happy with that.
35 minutes and 400 calories on the cross trainer today, gonna do so every day see if I can bump up my losses a bit, so hard to stick with the exercise but I know its gotta be done![]()
