Struggling to get hold of a CDC!

I am having to look for a new CDC as mine is no longer continuing.
I have transport problems so it has to be fairly close
The CDC suggested, I can;t get hold of! I have a sneaky suspicion she may be on holiday!
I have a few packs left, but only enough to SS for about 4 days
So, if I can;t get any packs, does anyone have some breakfast, lunch and dinner suggestions that will keep me in the weight loss zone??

Give 0800 161412 a call as they have the full list of counsellors in your area. Just ask for the nearest 3 or 4 and give them all a ring and see who you click with.
