Struggling to plan

    Hi

    I am joining SW on Wednesday. I have got the books from a friend and thought I would get a head start.

    However, I am struggling to plan for the week!!

    It all seems a bit confusing. I do my shopping on line, and generally plan what I am going to eat each day so I dont go crazy on the shopping!

    However, I havent got past breakfast! LOL

    Should I wait to go to the meeting? I usually use a lot of recipe books, but would like some ideas on normal 'free' dinners to keep the cost down a bit.

    Any tips would be appricated!!

    Have you taken a look at the food diaries on here for ideas?

    I tend to have either red or green days as I'm not too keen on EE. So eat quite a lot of pasta dishes, potaotes, veggie curries & meals using quorn.
