Struggling to use hex's

Hi everyone

Could someone please tell me if its important to use hex's? The reason I ask is that I'm really finding it really difficult to incorporate them into my meals. I don't drink hot drinks so I rarely buy milk. I love cheese, but I only use it if I'm having something like a baked potato or an omelette. I always have fruit / yoghurt / fry up for breakfast so I don't eat cereals or cereal bars and I rarely buy bread because I'm on my own and always end up throwing most of it out.

It's not mandatory - however, the A's will give you calcium and help your body to fight against osteoporosis and to strengthen your bones. The B's give you fibre, which is essential for good health.
I agree the A's are limited, but there is a huge list of B choices, so you're not just limited to cereals, cereal bars & bread.
You can freeze sliced bread and it takes only a little while to defrost.
Good luck with your goals
