stuffed mushrooms

Hi, I made these for my tea today and they are lush. Sorry if this recipe is already on this thread

1 can tuna drained
mixed herbs
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (alter for individual preferance)
1/2 tub cottage cheese (again depends on preferance, I found this to be enough)
season with black cracked pepper

mix all together and stuff 4 large flat mushrooms, or 2 mushrooms and put the left over mix in the fridge for later

bake at 200C for 20 mins

eat whilst hot

Im gonna play about with this recipe, it seems really versatile. Its just nice to have a change from chicken, salmon or steak which seems to be all im eating at the moment!!
 
Stuffed peppers are nice too.

I tried this yesterday with a few changes, I used tinned crab as I've gone off the tinned variety of tuna recently, also added an egg and chopped yellow bell pepper and scallions and put the filling in a huge portobella mushroom cap. Was quite good, thanks for the recipe!
 
sounds lush im shopping tomoz just put all ingredients on me list ...yum xx
