Stuffed pepper query. Anyone?

Hi all, in the next couple of days I'm making up a recipe for stuffed peppers. The recipe calls for 7oz (200g) of cooked rice. I'm cooking the rice from dry so wanted to know how much dry rice=7oz of cooked rice. Any ideas?

I think it's 3 times the dry weight so do about 70g.
