Stuffed up big time !!!!!!!!!

    We went to a country show on fri that had loads of things to taste and we ate our way through the the whole show - dont know why but one taste was enough to break us - bought some of the food to cook and have cooked it all at home bugger!!!!

    I sooooo want to do this and we have promised each other that we can tomorrow is another day and we WILL draw a line under it.

    Did not make us any happier felt like a brick in our tummy keep thinking next year we can do the same and not feel so bad as we will be skinny.

    Sooooo sorry feel like we have let people down we have ourselves but WE WILL GET BACK ON WE PROMISE

    Well done all of you who have stayed strong over easter YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!!

    as Georgie says, you have not let anyone down. And remember you are doing this for you and have only yourselves to answer to - just don't be too hard on yourselves :).

    So when do you get back into it? In the morning would be good. No point dragging it out. Hope you enjoyed Friday and good luck with everything!

    Climb back aboard the wagon....but try to remember how c**p you feel now and try and use that to stop yourself slipping again!!

    you havent let anyone down, just forget about it and get back on track think of how you felt after eating and you wont do it again.

    You are both doing so well - and this is just a hiccup! As others have said, get back on the water to flush it all through, and back on SS immediately. Hopefully one day won't have done too much damage - but hey! You have the will power and the desire to do it and that's the greatest hurdle. You are supporting each other - and that is so helpful. Tomorrow is another day - and you will succeed as you have done for the past few weeks.
