Stupid Quesion

I'm doing SW on my own with some stuff I got from a friend. I'ma wee bit confused about the Healthy Extras

If I'm on a green day what HEs should I have and same question for red. Haven't even tried EE yet, still tying to get to grips with the red and green days, lol!

Hi, I've got the lists and I know that you can have 3-4 but I wondered if it should be 2 a's and 2 b's or if I have only 3 should it be balanced one way or another. god, this probably makes no sense, sorry

kelloggs albran & 1 ryvita
Kelloggs all bran crunchy oat bakes
Special K sustain
porridge oats
2 x weetabix

cereal bars
1 x Hi-fi bar (any variety)
2 x alpen light cereal bars
1 x kellogg's all bran honey and oat bar

57g of any wholemeal bread/roll
2 slices of 400g loaf wholemeal
1 x ASDA wholemeal pitta bread

These are some of the generic ones which you can have 2 of (2 x A & 2 x B) on both red and green days.
