Stupid Quesion

    I'm doing SW on my own with some stuff I got from a friend. I'ma wee bit confused about the Healthy Extras

    If I'm on a green day what HEs should I have and same question for red. Haven't even tried EE yet, still tying to get to grips with the red and green days, lol!

    Hiya Katie, do you have an Food Optimising book? It gives you a list of HEA and HEB's that you can have on Green/Red.

    Hi, I've got the lists and I know that you can have 3-4 but I wondered if it should be 2 a's and 2 b's or if I have only 3 should it be balanced one way or another. god, this probably makes no sense, sorry

    It does make sense :)

    It should be 2 from the A list and 2 from the B list on Green/Red days and one from each when you decide to try Extra Easy.

    mozzerella
    reduced fat cheddar
    reduced fat cheshire


    HEX B
    Cerel
    28gs or
    Alpen high fibre
    Jordans muesli & 1 ryvita
    kelloggs albran & 1 ryvita
    Kelloggs all bran crunchy oat bakes
    Special K sustain
    porridge oats
    2 x weetabix

    cereal bars
    1 x Hi-fi bar (any variety)
    2 x alpen light cereal bars
    1 x kellogg's all bran honey and oat bar

    Bread
    57g of any wholemeal bread/roll
    2 slices of 400g loaf wholemeal
    1 x ASDA wholemeal pitta bread

    These are some of the generic ones which you can have 2 of (2 x A & 2 x B) on both red and green days.

    There are loads more, but hope this will help!!
