subsitute for spaghetti on a red day?

Hiya,

I have made syn free meatballs, which I am watching the kids gooble down with spaghetti at the mo! It's amazing how it doesnt make a difference cooking without oil for most dishes!

I will be eating later with hubby, but dont have any wholemeal pasta (to have as hex b) so do you have any ideas what I can have with my meatballs instead of pasta?

more meatballs lol! im lazy, so instead of having something with a chicken fillet wrapped in bacon i'd have 2 pieces,of chicken wrapped in bacon! x

Lots of stirfry veg and butternut squash

fry a chopped onion in frylight, put the meatballs in and brown, chuck in a can of tomatoes and a big handful of frozen peas. Leave it to simmer for a bit to thicken, then crack a couple of eggs each on the top. Put the lid on for ten mins to set the eggs and serve.
