Green Day Substitute for Quark?

Hi, I'm new to SW! I'm in Canada & I'm following the diet by the recipes posted on here and by my sister sending them over to me from UK (My Mum & Sister are members of slimmers world too). I was just wondering if you can substitute Quark for something else? I have never seen it over here and have looked for it a few times without luck!! Any ideas?

Fromage frais is a reasonable substitute, plain yogurt as well for certain dishes, then as its a low fat cream cheese, philadelphia cheese could be used if you have it?
