Success express on EE

Excellent! It wasn't even intentional as an SE meal and there was loads of veg in the frittata too!! And I've got loads left. Really filled me up I didn't even have room for the melon I planned lol. Snack for later tho! And lunch for tomorrow sorted. I might get the hang of this yet! Lol thanks guys!
 
Well I wasn't doing it last week fully I was going to do it this week but as I had a 4lb loss my consultant said I didn't need to lol but I'm following some of the principles this week like I did last week which is what I think contributed to my loss I think I was having too much free and not enough superfree food. I planned out my diary for the week still anyway as I had intended to go through it with my consultant. I did that and found I seemed to be looking at ALOT of food!! Just adapt your normal meals by reducing the free food and adding more superfree
