So did I. Having a look at the ingredients it seems fine. I'm no Dukan expert like some of the peeps on here, though.

I have enjoyed it on attack and now on cruise.... As far as I know, it's acceptable throughout all stages ;o)

i am currently having a nice bowl of low fat plain yogurt and have whisked in one ready made no sugar jelly.... and its YUM!!!

"low fat" plain yoghurt bothers me though! Which brand is it?
(I'm querying because "low fat" cottage cheese is 20% over here!)
