do they have syns I have come across this and they do loads of yummy things just thinging for the syn free pancakes with one of the syrups with bacon fro breakfast ummmmm or am i just dreaming lol that they would be syn free????????

they have a SF maple that is 15 cals for 14 cup!

They will be 1 syn per 20 calories, so used that to calculate if they'll be free or not

cool there is a few that is 0 cals thats great always forget about the 20 cals thing
