Hi been on plan nearly a week, but going to start doing a food diary. Please could someone check this and any comments would be appreciated. I hate fruit, so will really be struggling to eat any!

28g cheddar cheese (HEA)

Breakfast - tin spaghetti and 3 turkey rashers, activia fat free yoghurt and mixed summers fruits

Lunch - soup made with lean lamb, peas, onions, leeks, carrots

Dinner - grilled chicken breast with SW chips, salad and large oven baked mushroom stuffed wih 2 slices WW bread crumbs (HEB) and 28g cheese (HEA)
