SugarPlum (24st) to TinkerBell (12st)

Hi Jo,

Sorry for delay... Just typed a huge response in Iphone and i lost it!!

Its REALLY high impact but its AMAZING!!

You do 3 workouts each week...

1. Core
2. Resistance
3. Cardio

Each one lasts 30 mins, it is a 6 week course that you follow and it get harder each week.

You use a Kettlebell but it works every muscle in your body at the same time and everything you do engages your core.

You sweat like a dont know what and cant walk the day after but its fab!!!

Google Kettleworx and go to the official web site, it shows examples of workouts.

I would definately reccomend it!

There is a whole thread on here for it but I cant remember what its called... I will have a look and let you know xxxx

im sure you will manage! :D

i've just got mine today - bought all the bits seperately on ebay.. so not sure if theres an order you're supposed to do them in.. i started with Fat Burn.. only done 15mins workout.. im dying - legs are burning!

Hi Hunny,

I am doing the 6 week programme. I do The Core, The resistance and The Cardio DVD. Each one is 30 min Long and they are Killers!! Especially the core and Cardio!!:cry:

But.. I love doing it, you can definately feel it in every muscle!!

Plus, I am loosing loads of inches!! :D

well done on what you've done so far.. I watched it before I did it, and I thought pfffffffft looks easy. It is so not easy! (but i feel very good for doing it) :) xxx

Hi Hunny,

Are you having a nice weekend?

What's the Davina workout like?

On KettleWorx it does recommend you leave a day between work outs, as it gives your body time to recover.

Even sitting down on the loo today hurt! Lol... The Cardio day on KettleWorx is a killer!! :-( but I really enjoy it!!

I need to do it Mon, Wed & Fri.. Without fail! Little scared of what week 2 will have in store! :-( xxx

Weekend's been pretty decent despite getting soaked through out at the farmer's market yesterday lol

I don't think I'll hurt asmuch after this davina workout compared to power of three - I borrowed this one from the library to try out and just did the cardio routine today which is 40mins. There's another one which is called Super Sculpt which is doing weight/toning training with cardio intervals - I'm guessing this is the one which gives you the sore backside lol

I'll be doing walking tomorrow and maybe 20mins of the zumba game - I'll save Davina and her sculpting squats for tuesday :D

I'm sure you can power through week 2, even if you have to do the john wayne cowboy walk for days after :8855:

has it made you do the lunges where your knee goes to your heel? i cant keep up with the video at all.. i just fall over!

You'd be surprised you know Hun, the c25k app is brilliant and you amaze yourself each time you jog for a longer interval! I started it in April and jogged 10.4k in June :) I'm far off being a runner but am on my second time thru the program and my run pace is 3.5mins faster than when I started :) xxx

I was thinking it's difficult enough doing an isolated lunge na'emind trying to do one carrying a big kettlebell lol

Reckon I'm scared of trying to run - I wouldn't have done it in my last area as it was full of hoodies and such so not safe. Now where I live everybody runs or cycles but they're all slimmies already - don't want to make a spectacle of myself! And just y'know, running isn't a nice thing to consider doing at the moment lol
