Suggestions for winter warming meals

    calorie counting, clean eating
    So far this year i have got into the habbit of making lots of light summery meals , but now the weather has changed and definately starting to feel colder i would love suggestions for warming meals like casseroles etc. Thanks x:)

    My fav def has to be roast dinners yum, also shep pie mmmm stew and yorkie puds, also bowls of no point veg soup

    The Colemans packet casserole mixes are only about 4pts and will feed the whole family, just add meat and veg and bung in the slow cooker, voila one meal one pot.

    Soups are always nice and something like butternut squash stew. One pot meals are always a winner.

    Thanks , the colmans sauces are great thanks. I made chicken chasseur and it was lovely with new potatoes. I make a lot of soups and love them in winter , will be stocking my freezer up.
