got my small order today with milk truffa bars , curry and wafers to try . so im off to go and buy some nice veggies to make a veggie curry . oh and a cauliflower to make some cauliflower 'rice' mmm cant wait for teat time xx

another good day , mentally and physically , had a porridge for brekki
missed lunch but not hungry anyway
dinner was a whole bunch of veggies mixed into a chili pack, chucked some away though as i was full .
had a coffee and pack of vanilla wafers just now.
been chugging the water all day so doing well i spose :0)
i know im a pack down but really not that interested in anything else xx

lunch atkins bar , not great i know but super low carbs and nipped out to get it as didnt bring anything into work .
dinner cottage pie pack and veggies
wafer for snack tonight.
will have 3 packs and protein/veg tomorrow as going to sisters for nephews bday lunch , going out so going to have a ham or chicken salad or some such thing.warming
up a bit from my cup of tea now so can relax :0)

well a week back to it nearly, and no hiccups :0) really feeling fine now . having 3 packs and protein option again today as sunday lunch is a big deal here with the kids and family, i love it anyway even just having lean meat and veg , feels so normal ..... mind saying that im at the stage now where im not bothered by food so the next few weeks shouldnt be a drama , can probably stretch my packs out for the 4 weeks needed , make myself eat my less favourite ones rather than order more and then be stuck with the extra ones when i get back from the ship and want to start again .... top to bottom is that im going to have to have them at some point lol !!
im short bars though and these keep me sane as a snack at night , thought about buying some more atkins ones as they are low carb but i know theyre about 50-80 cals more although dont think that amounts a massive problem ... not sure what does everyone think ? will post a sperate question on that :0)wel
l better dress my cold body and go pick up little girl for her troupe class xxxx

so 3 lb off since getting back to it last tues , i was on a monday weigh in hence the 6 days but will check again tomorrow as itll be a week , plus i was 1.4 lb lighter 2 days ago and jumped up for no good reason grrrrrr !!! i know it will come though im on the right path and heading in the right direction...

feeling really good hunger pretty much gone , energy picking up so 2 miles of walking mostly up steep hills on the school runs .

Had a good weekend , relaxed the plan slightly as usual at the weekend but not much in the way of food , infact my intakes probably been a bit low but have had a wee bit of vino :eek:.
Not really feeling the urge to eat anything outside the plan anyway nowadays, good sign i guess , in the flow and all that :)
Im starting to see the difference in the mirror again now , its my face it shows on quickly and my collar bones , quite funny really its like it works its way dow like someones letting the air out of the top of my head lol !!!

I always find it really easy when im at work but im on a course all day tomorow doing my cnd master painter course (nails not walls LOL) so im a bit unsure what to do in my lunch break , i dont bother taking much of one in the salon usually or spend my time doing much needed jobs , so bit hmmm about and hour off in the middle of the day , might just have to go and and do a bit of retail therapy seing as ill be skipping lunch , wont be able to make a pack and dont like having my bar at lunch , well anyway ill stop rambling and musing n all that ,
