I am now in England. It's a lovely sunny day here. We took the kids to pizza express and they had a really nice salad - I think it was called 'super food salad' which consisted of mixed leaves. Mozzarella, avocado, butternut squash, beetroot and I added chicken. I asked for it without any dressing and added xvoo and balsamic and ordered a side of olives. It was lovely!!!

So after a late start with packing n all I had omelette with half a huge avocado , oh lord I love em lol !
Also had Greek yoghurt , strawberries, blueberries and a small squeeze of honey , so lovely big breakfast . Off to a local pub with soft play for the kids for dinner so will have a lovely steak and salad ..... Have to say there will be wine ;) but it is Saturday. And I'm officially on my holls :0D , leaving for the ship tomorrow 2 overnights on way to Southampton but I never really struggle with food on paleo , I just stick with the highest quality protein I can find with salad and remove fat and ask for the salad without dressing ect. So I'm pretty excited !!!!!!
