Not a good week for me put 2lb on but been out 3 times for meals and had puddings!! For friends birthdays :) hoping to lose 4lb next week to make up for this week xx

It doesn't matter if you don't hit your target.
Just the fact that you've set a target and are trying your hardest to get to that target should make you proud enough of yourself.
You're doing something!
And every lb closer to your target, and your goal weight is an achievement.

Thanks ladies, I think I'm just too hard on myself, after the two week disaster I had I should be delighted with any weight loss, however I need to lose weight I've been set a goal by my coach that I have to achieve so I can't fail otherwise it'll effect my whole performance. Guess I just need to fully emerge myself in ww again

Keep Positive Sweetie, I've really struggled to stay motivated with my small losses but I know I'm following the Plan and that's good enough for me. X
