Summer countdown diary

Yayyy to new start what is it hun iv heard loads talkin about it havin a binge day had a vew drinks friday slept all saturday had a sausage roll and back out very angry with myself x
 
Week One

Sunday 8th March 2015

Breakfast: 2 ww wholemeal, extra light philli, lurpak lightest: cheese toastie
Lunch: 2 medium wholemeal bread, frylight egg, 2 slimming world sausages
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese with 1tbsp parmesan
Snacks: Tea, water, bag of WW crisps
