Since buying our tickets for 2 out of 3 potential festivals this summer and also having 3 weddings to attend, I am determined to get back to my pre-steroid weight of 8s 8lbs.

Started on ww pp on 27th January so I'm giving myself until 1st June to get from my starting weight of 11s 3lbs. (Mainly so I can go shopping for some skimpy new festival clothes!)

So far I've been pretty good:
19 days - Dailies only
8 days - Dailies + some weeklies

So starting today my intake is:
B/fast - ww fruit pot 0

Lunch - ww ch/noodle soup 1
ww yogurt 1

Dinner - t/away veg curry 14 (I'm using rough amount from eating out book here)

Snacks - ww summer pastilles 1
2 x babybel 2
Skimmed Milk 3

Hoping that I'll get there, just under 2 stone to go! :)

Lunch. Ww CN soup - 1
Ww fromage frais - 1

Dinner. McD's 3 chicken select meal - 19

Extras. Salad cream - 3
Skimmed milk - 3
Strawberry hearts - 1

Total - 29

Weigh in day tomorrow, only 3 more pounds and I've lost my first stone!
 
Thursday food:

Bfast: 2 light babybel - 2
Ww nectarine yogurt - 1

Lunch: ww CN soup - 1
Ww Strawberry fromage frais - 1

Dinner: wi night so prob a ww meal with ww garlic bread once I get home. -15

Extras: malteaster bunny - 4
Options Belgian choc - 1
Skimmed milk - 1

26 total.
 
Monday! After a massive blow out on Friday and Saturday, I was too drunk to recall what I had over the weekend do starting fresh again today.

Bfast. Ww yogurt - 1

Lunch. Ww CN soup - 1
Ww fruit pot - 0
Options hot choc - 1

Dinner. Quorn spaghetti bolognaise - 16
 
Tuesday, not great but not bad.

Bfast - muller yogurt - 3

Lunch - CN ww soup - 1
Fruit pot - 0
Toffee bar - 2

Dinner - potato waffle, burger, beans - 15
Ice cream ww - 2

Extras - milk - 3
Sandwich - 8

Total - 34 ARGH!!!
 
Quickie for Thursday as not been to class so no wi today

Fruit pot
Ham roll
Ww broth soup
Ww toffee bar
Ww carrot slice
Honey chilli chicken w small spool of rice and a few chips
Skimmed milk for tea.

33 points total today but new batch of weeklies so doing ok.
