    Working on coursework today, but just back in from my run so feeling very virtuous! :D


    B: Porridge with water, HE B, maple syrup 1 syn, blueberries
    E: 35 min run
    MA: Protein shake 5.5 syns
    L: Omelette, cheese HE A, salad
    D: Asparagus risotto HE A, roasted bns, steamed green beans

    S: mullerlight, blueberries, apple
    E: run
    W: 3 litres
