    Morning all! Grey and miserable in Essex today

    B: Porridge HE B, skim milk HE A, golden syrup (syns), banana

    L: Macaroni & cheese (CJTJ recipe), salad

    D: Asparagus risotto with parmesan HE A, and parma ham on top HE B

    S: fruit, mullerlight
    E: 30 min run
    W: 3 litres

    Afternoon all
    Weather has brightened slightly here in Wirral but seems a bit chilly.:(

    Breakfast - Frozen blackforest fruits and FF plus 2 slices W/M (400g) and a scraping of 'light' flora (1 syn).
    Sunday roast - Quorn, roasted sweet potato, carrot and swede and green beans with a little gravy (3 syns)?
    Supper - 2 slices W/M (400g) and a scraping of 'light' flora (1 syn) topped with loads of salad, cheese from hexA.
    Remainder of syns to be used for a glass of white wine while I am doing the ironing!!
    Exercise was housework today but annoyed that I have not drank any water again!!!!

    I just love porridge, when I have the time to make it, it's so fulfilling. I have a sprinkle of splenda on mine, it's delicious! yum yum:D
