Morning everyone
A cloudy but warm morning here in Wirral.:confused:
Normally I would be pleased it was Friday but the school holidays are nearly over and back to work on Tuesday.:sigh:

Breakfast - 42 g All Bran:eek: (HEXB) with frozen fruits, milk form HEXA followed by plums.
Lunch - Spicy Butternut squash soup and 1 small w/m roll (HEXB).
Dinner - Vegetarian sausage hotpot with sweet potato.
Syns - to be decided
Exercise - Hours of housework:eek:
Water - Going for 4 large glasses
