Sunflower seeds

Ok, it says I can have sunflower seeds, yet it doesn't give an amount. It says I need to limit them as they are high fat. The other nuts like almonds they say 10-12, well 10-12 sunflower seeds is hardly worth it! I looked it up on the glycemic index but it did not come back with a listing for just seeds. Hum?

10 sunflower seeds hahahah what a joke. I always say a small handful. Just a bit in palm - not so they are spilling out. Makes sense?

Anything with seeds will lower the gi. :)

Thanks ladies. I love nuts but they can get away form you, or more like stuck to your thighs! I do not have them often, but I do like them and good to know they are not of limits just need to limit them.
