Morning ! Day three and there is even a bit of sun in the sky

I'm finding the Exante shakes are delicious - much nicer than any other I have tried and as with the bars, ample enough to divide in half.

Have a family meal to cook tonight, but feel pretty confident I can handle it - being vegetarian and cooking a roast, never usually presents a problem anyway !

So everyone else starting this week, have a good day, another step forward to completing a week.

hi , I am on day 3 too .. always find it the hardest , and it seems to be going great so far . I too love the shakes , the vanilla is amazing .. choc has a bit of a weird taste but will get used to it .. my bumper pack came today so gonna try a bar later .. looking forward to that my scales are showing an amazing loss so far .. i always have a big loss first week

I am on day 2 and i am hoping it gets easier the headaches are horrendous and my fluid intake is very high.. i tend to sleep quite a bit though.. but i am so determined to loose the weight for my holidays. The bars are edible and the soups are ok with some pepper for extra flavour. I didnt order the shakes as i was no good at drinking them on the cambridge diet so thought i best stay away from them as ordering a bumper pack of them could mean a horrible experience when it comes to drinking them.

HI Parkerr , well done getting to day 2 ... I always take each day as it comes !! I had aweful headaches too , its just sugar and carb withdrawl , a few days with regular paracetamol and it is starting to fade today .. so should be gone tomorrow

That is a relief hearing that the headaches will go as they are horrible. Paracetemol has been fully stocked in my cupboard ready ha ha!
