Super Foods Taster - Help!

I am going to SW tonight ( I rejoined last week after several months abscence) and I have just remembered that it is a taster evening, we have to take along a speed foods dish.
My problem is - I cant remember what are super foods and I will only have about 20 minutes after work to make something. My fridge is pretty well stocked with things like quark, fromage frais etc and I have some tuna and passata in the cupboard.
Can anyone help me with a quick recipes that I can take to group this evening!

Even quicker is some chopped up fruit with some fromage frais with sweetner :)
This went down really well in group last week with a sachet of white chocolate options in, bit sweet for me but everyone else loved it.

I have some Options Hot Choc at home, I will stir that in and see how it goes!
