Im plusing it as well, so is jess. im alternating with the skim milk and meals coz im not alwys in the mood for food.

the book sounds interesting... let me know how it is, may get it for my daughter who you remind me of (humour wise).
 
I tired to stay away but I missed you all too much. Started lurking and then had to reply. Addictive boards.

That and my moods are really mercurial atm, so please take anything I'm saying with a pinch of salt.

I am soooo used to the mood swings, (not mine own but my daughter), more than you can imagine. I have learned to laugh with(not at) them.
 
Hey peeps just wanted to quickly report have been a GOOD girl today and had a ss+ meal and just drinking 3rd hot choc shake.

For my meal I had a large mushroom topped with half of chicken allowance and half of cottage cheese allowance. It was nice but not fab as Im not that much of a cottage cheese fan. Looks like Im going to be living on chicken and mushroom kebabs (CD style of course) for the next 2 wks till hols!

I spent 10 mins cutting up all my chicken and weighing it out into portions of 60 and 120g and have bagged them up and frozen them so have enough meals from now till my hols!

Im off to catch up on greys anatomy and brothers and sisters tonight have 3wks worth to watch as Im always on here!!!

Jess, can I ask what you are planning to do on holiday?
I go away in about 10 weeks, we are off to devon for 2 weeks and I don't want to undo all my good work, but I also don't want to be a miserable git drinking shakes while my family are socialising.
I decided that over the two week period, I will have 1 fish and chips, 1 cake, 1 meal out with family (healthy options from menu) and about 5 barbeques. Now I am thinking of coming up the plans a few steps before I go (I so wish i had found this diet a month before!) so that it isn't such a big shock. I thought if i did ss+ for a week, then 810 and then 1000 I might be able to follow a WW type plan while I am there. Saving up points to get that fish and chips etc. I don't want to pig and be 12lb heavier when i get home, but I also need my barbeques. Even when I do make my own lean burgers and have skinless chicken breast instead of ribs or sausages.
What would you advise?

Books alright (so far) but only if you liked Pride and Prejudice to start with.

Derren Brown - trick of the mind, amazing and very funny in parts, language can be a bit ripe mind.

Time Travellers Wife - has a few sex bits in mind, so depends on her age as to whether that would be suitable or not.

This getting back on track is harder than anticipated. But tomorrow won't have visitors and no CD bar. I swear they make me more susceptible to pickage. I think its a head thing.
