Jess, can I ask what you are planning to do on holiday?
I go away in about 10 weeks, we are off to devon for 2 weeks and I don't want to undo all my good work, but I also don't want to be a miserable git drinking shakes while my family are socialising.
I decided that over the two week period, I will have 1 fish and chips, 1 cake, 1 meal out with family (healthy options from menu) and about 5 barbeques. Now I am thinking of coming up the plans a few steps before I go (I so wish i had found this diet a month before!) so that it isn't such a big shock. I thought if i did ss+ for a week, then 810 and then 1000 I might be able to follow a WW type plan while I am there. Saving up points to get that fish and chips etc. I don't want to pig and be 12lb heavier when i get home, but I also need my barbeques. Even when I do make my own lean burgers and have skinless chicken breast instead of ribs or sausages.
What would you advise?
