Hi all new here as i need to lose some weight due to illness as have heart condition as had heart attack last year also osteoarthritis in both knees so doc's have told me i must lose weight also been told im pre diabetic.
I did join slimming world last year and attended 4 classes but didn't feel comfortable in the classes.I did lose over half a stone in the 4 weeks but now but it back on plus some.
So i am going to try just doing at home and help with this forum and if i make a diary i hope it will keep me on track.
i currently weigh 16st 11lbs and i would like to get down to 15 stone
 
sunday 27th august
breakfast orange
lunch strawberry's with fat free yoghurt
dinner crispy pot's ,lamb chops yorkshires veg (4.5 syns)
snack lunch strawberry's with fat free yoghurt
hexa milk 300ml lacto free

Total syns 4.5
 
monday 28th august
breakfast
rice krispies multigrain (4.5)
lunch 1/2 mugshot,apple
dinner bbq chunkey chicken wholemeal pitta salad (8.5)
snack no sugar jelly pot (1/2)
hexa lactose free milk
hexb shreddies

Total syns 13.5
 
Welcome to the forum and good luck on your goal! Honestly you will lose that in no time if you stick to the plan 100% ;)

Make sure you ALWAYS take the correct HEXA and HEXB every day as missing it can really effect your weight loss. Just thought i'd mention it as i noticed no HEXB on sunday.
