Pesky pescetarian from Australia!
Hi,
As I mentioned in another thread I have been terrible this weekend, infact most weekends I end up using most of my syns and then am left with a tiny amount each day to get me through till WI (Friday), anyway I now only have 10 syns left for the rest of the week!!
Could anyone give me a list of Superspeed foods, I know Melon (apart from Watermelon) and Strawberries and Mushy Peas are on the list so I have melon & strawbs to snack on in work and have a Mushy Pea curry planned for tea tomorrow night. I am then going to make sure I eat loads of SS to see if I can speed up an actual loss this week!!
(I follow the plan at home on my own which is why I don't have it to hand)
