I feel a bit 'cold coming on' - headache, etc. Normally at this point I would dose up on echinacea and vitamin c - massive doses, far more than RDA.
This generally works in either heading off or drastically shortening the length of a cold. I would normally take 2 echinacea 3 x daily plus 2 or 3 vit C tabs (they're 1000mg each).
This is as advised by my doctor if anyone is wondering if this is ok.
Question: can i do this on SS and stay in ketosis?
Or...is it worth it, even if they do cause me to feel a bit hungry, so as not to have a cold and feel rubbish and then justify eating something 'invalidy' eg egg on toast to make myself feel better?
