After losing 2st 7lb - I gave up over xmas and put on 1st 2lb. gave Cambridge a go for 2 weeks and lost 16lb - Hated every minute of it. Been off it for just one week and have put back on 10lb. So here I go again with SW.
Monday 21 Feb - Red
breakfast - tub of fat free cottage cheese and an apple
lunch - bacon and egg sarnie (HEB) extra light mayo (1.5) half a packet of crisps (3).
2 hrs before exercise - 2 slices ham, 1slice wholemeal bread (6) and a plum
Late Dinner - small chicken and veg stir fry, 1 tsp oil (3), wholemeal bread (HEB), 28g cheddar (HEA)
Milk in tea (HEA)
