Hi

I need to get myself motivated again and get back on the slimming world train.

I have started again today but I forgot to weigh myself this morning so I will do this tomorrow.

Please see my food diary below:

Brunch
2 x fried egg, mushroom, tin potatoes all fried using fry light
Baked beans, plum tomatoes
Healthy living Cumberland sausages x3
3 syns
Coffee black with sweetener

Diet coke x 2

Dinner
Healthy living Cumberland sausages x3 3 syns
Steamed potatoes and carrots
Vegetable stock

Snack
Aldi cheese triangle light x 4 Hea
Wholemeal 400g bread x 2 Heb

Looking good! Where is your holiday in May? I'm going to Barcelona hope to have another 30lbs gone by then.

My friend has just come back from Barcelona and she loved it.

I am going to Sa Coma in Spain for a week end of May, going with inlaws . Would like to lose 2stone or I be happy to get close to it.

How much have you lost already, I am sure you will get to your target x

Week 1 day2

Well weighed myself this morning and faced my demons, more determined then anything to stick to this for a new me and to start to feel comfy in my clothes again.

I seem to be in more control when I am at work and away from temptation.

Sausage sandwich : Healthy living Cumberland sausages x 2- 2 syns

Dinner
Homemade Slimming world chilli - I don't like mince so I used diced chicken instead
Boiled white rice

Hey.
I have 17.5 in six months. First 13lbs went in a flash. The last 4.5 have been gaining and loosing but I'm on week three of losses now so hoping that streak is over. Determined now.

Lunch - HM Leek and potato soup with wholemeal bread HEB
Snack - Apple, grapes and Muller Mullerlight Vanilla Yogurt with Dark Chocolate Sprinkles & Black Cherry Underlayer (1.5 syns)
Dinner- pasta with courgette, mushrooms, turkey rashers, onion, tomatoes, spinach, tin potatoes, chicken and stirred in Kerry Low low spread cheese HEA
