Food diary for today Monday 4th
Breakfast Apple, banana and muller light yogurt
Lunch slimming world carrot and coriander soup from Iceland with 2 X bread HEB
Snack grape, pear and 2 X rich tea biscuits 4 syns
Dinner left over of Spinach, chicken and bacon pasta HEA
Dessert meringue nest and yogurt 3.5 syns

Food diary for today: Tuesday 5th
Breakfast- banana, Apple, alpine cereal bars X 2 HEB
Lunch- left over Singapore Noodles, muller light yogurt, 2 X 4 cheese light triangles HEA
Snack- Pear and grapes, in the photo shows rich tea biscuits but I didn't eat them
Dinner- fry light eggs, mushrooms and tin potatoes, Linda McCartney red onion sausages, mushrooms, baked beans and tin tomatoes
Dessert- Meringue nest 3.5 and muller light yogurt

Lost 3lbs - happy with that considering having a relapse New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Was so good today, OH had Chinese takeaway and I made my fakeaway chow mein, my opinion it tastes better than a takeaway chow mein - left overs for tomorrow's dinner

Diary for today :
Breakfast- 4 X Heck chicken italia sausages (2syns), scrambled egg, baked beans, tin potatoes, tin tomatoes, mushrooms and turkey rashers
Lunch- Homemade Leek and potato soup, 2 X wholemeal bread (HEB), banana and pear
Snack - 4 X cheese triangles (HEA)
Dinner (photo not taken) Diet Coke chicken with bean sprouts, mushrooms, onion, tin potatoes and noodles- my takeaway chow mein

Breakfast- Heck chicken italia sausages X 4 (2 syns), egg, potatoes, mushrooms, tin tomatoes, baked beans and turkey rashers- I did not manage to at all this but it was lovely and very filling

Slipped off the wagon today, wish this bloody cold would do one. I had 6 shortbread biscuits to snack on I'm so gutted I gave into temptation. Started off well with brunch and ended the day with SW tikka masala sauce from Iceland and made a chicken curry
