the 100g is the product as prepared, the "weight" of the product (on the front of the packet) is the weight of it as it is in the packet (unmade).
Going by the product information, 100g of made up product is probably about a third of the actual packet
Always go by portion, as long as you double check portion = packet size (eg in tinned soups they often do a portion as half of a tin)
