well as u can see i made it through day 1. :D

i also had a great nights sleep,sounds silly but it was nice to actually wake up alertish :) and feel rested.

tho all i dreamt about was eatin chicken.lol:8855:

i also took my dogs for an extra walk last night. :chores016:

just hope 2day is ok 2.

I know the feeling - one day down eh!!
I agree - I had a good nights sleep and woke up refreshed but hungry. i swear i could smell a good old fashioned fry up everywhere I went. But got my litre of water and headed out to work. Forgot to bring blender to work so will have to have my first shake today mixed with a fork. Appetising eh!! Have discovered that that is not very successful.

i no the first time i made a shake it was so lumpy u couldnt even call it a drink. lol. it was horrible but then my dad bought me an electric whisk. God send. :)

Well done for getting through your first day. I'm on day 5 now (second time around) and finding it fine too. I also dreamt I ate a roast potato last night and was gutted that I'd given in. Relieved to wake up and realise it was a dream.

Well done hun! This first week isnt the easiest so focus on the reason you want to lose weight and keep going!
Glad you had a nice long walk. I'm thinking of getting a dog just so I can have an excuse to walk more lol.
As for the dreams I think most people have them. I have them pretty much every night and wake up in a massive panic thinking I have broken my diet!!!
