    I have a psycological need to post my weekly weight loss and now I'm not doing LL anymore I need somewhere else to post it.

    I lost 4 lb this week which I'm quite surprsied by as I have been pushing the calories up quite a bit (nothing that would actually put weight on but enough to slow down the loss). :D

    Another 4 lb and I'll be below 200 lb whcih will be a great boost.

    I haven't logged on for ages due to work pressure and exams but things are easing off now so I'm back. I've managed another 6 lb over the last few weeks, not much but at least it's in the right direction. I have also gone down a dress size.

    I'm going to restart Lighter Life now my stressful period is over.
