After not winning the raffle at class the other week when the prize was a sushi kit, I have today been to Tesco and brought sushi rice, seaweed, sushi ginger, rice vinegar and a sushi rolling mat.

So, does anyone make their own and does anyone have any tips?

Thanks

Thanks Rosie, a video will be brilliant to watch, had looked at the diagrams on the side of the pack and was slightly worried about it!

Will have a look!

What can be huge fun (if your family are up for it), is to make them together, at the table before eating. We did this - I prepped all the ingredients into small bowls, gave everyone a mat and a look at the instuctions, and we did them together (one flavour each). We cut them and shared them with each other ... makes everyone more forgiving of ones that are less than perfect

That would be great, except, there are only 2 of us and hubby has already turned his nose up at them! Maybe will get the hang of it and then invite friends round to eat, then get everyone to do it and I can look like I have beginners luck - ha ha :)
