Its all about moderation when you come off this you can eat what you want, the key is being sensible about it. Nothing will be out of bounds its just a case of not reverting to old habits
i dont plan on ever eating like i used to. When i think back to what i ate in a day i feel sick, i just cant believe i ate so much rubbish all day everyday.
Sushi is fine! You might find that eating carbs again makes you feel rotten though with dips in energy. I'm going to do my best to stay away from white rice, bread etc when I go back to 'normal' eating (whatever that is!)
