SW and Exercise

I decided to put my money where my mouth is this year and forked out for a pricey gym membership! I actually have to drive past it on the way home from work so no excuses not to pop in! So far I'm managing to keep it up - doing 4 classes (either Body Pump or Spinning a week) and I'm also doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD on the days I don't make it to the gym - think its contributed to my losses so far :D

I work 12hr shifts so its easy to make excuses of "I haven't got the time" but I'm determined to make the time - even if it means getting up at 430am to fit that DVD in! May have to give that C2K a go - at least running in my lunch break will save me getting up at the crack of dawn!!
