SW app problem

I downloaded the app after having to update my phone etc, however when I try to look up a syn value it either forces close down or tels me token not set.

Anyone know what that means and how to rectify it?

Mine didn't work. It wasn't even coming up in the first place.
Re-downloaded it. Seems fine now.

I just redownloaded mine and it works, thank goodness it's finally out!

mmm mine still not working,had uninstalled again and have switched phone off then will try again.

yup did that first, have tried the uninstall and reinstall but still no joy x
