Sw cottage pie

Just a quickie, last night I made the sw cottage pie but used the Morrisons carrot and swede potAtoe mash for the topping. it's was gorgeous and only 2.5 Syns for the topping!!!! Deffo worth making.

i made a cottage pie the other day too was well impressed as i managed to make it totally syn free (if you blitz frozen mushrooms with a bit of water they make a thick gloopy gravy with lea n perrins n stock cubes when reduced down and if you put mashed carrot in your mash you dont need butter

I tend to put a raw egg in my mash which makes it lovely and creamy and there's no need for butter!!!
