SW Extra Easy - Is this OK? - NEW!

Hi,

First day on SW today on EE.

Have been browsing through posts but wanted to check that my menu today was on the right track?

B: Banana, 3 Small Bacon Medallions, 1 Egg, Baked Beans, 1 TBSP Brown Sauce [0.5 Syn]

L: Chopped Apple & Pear, Baked Potato, Beans, 42g LF Cheese (HE-A)

D: Grilled Chicken Breast, Homemade Chips, Homemade Coleslaw (2 Syn) & Salad

I still need to add on my HE-B and also Syn the skimmed milk I have used for tea.

I'm finding it hard to add the superfree foods to some meals - hence why I've started with fruit, I've read this is OK?
 
That looks great and looks like you have got the hang of it very well.
I do the same with most meals, eat fruit before if I know there won't be 1/3 superfree in the dinner.

Another way of getting some super free in is to make a big batch of soup and have a bowl before dinner if you want to have something like chips and beans where it's not easy to fit in super free. Plus it feels posh having a starter :p

Well done on your first day - looks like you've read your books and know what you're doing much more than I did on day 1! Look around on here for inspirational pictures, fab recipes and wonderful food diaries. I could not survive without minimins! X
