Very productive day, blitzed the flat top to bottom .went town to get some bits (resisted a giant pretzel aswell :) ) off to do a small food shop and then gym this evening :) food so far

B: 2x ryvita peanut butter banana and a squirt of honey (yum) (333)

Snack: banana (90)

Lunch : slim fast bar (210)

Mornin chick a dee.... how lovely you are in a nice positive mood... glad you enjoyed the gym... I done a legs bums and tums class this morn and hated it lol... love body attack and pump though xx

Glad you are in a positive state, have a great day. On the exercise front I have just been referred by my docs for exercise on prescription so waiting for that to come through and I can do some gentle stuff. X
 
Didn't make the gym as I was sooo tired . Jog/walk for 30 mins tho food hasn't been amazing but not awful!

B: 1/2 slim fast shake & porridge with skimmed milk

Dinner
Weight watchers sweet chilli chicken ready meal
2x ryvita with choc philli

Apple
Melon
8 squares dark choc (thin squares :) )
This came to 1400

Then it all went down hill
I had a mini fudge (75 cal) and then god knows how many m&s chocolate buttons from my flat mate I just couldn stop :/ x

Ok so I've had a slip up involving sweets and chocolate philli :/ line drawn back on it tomoro morning gym session and minimum syns I want a loss on Tuesday !!!!!!!! fri/sat/sun is my downfall Xxx
