Hey everyone, I've done a food diary on here before and I've yo-yo'd for the last year terribly but now I'm focussed as I'm getting married in November of this year. (01/11/14). I'd love to get down to about a size 10 to look my best on the big day so I started a photo food diary on ********* also (SWJOURNEY_TO_A_SIZE10) but thought I'd add this in as an extra element to my weightloss journey.
So today I'm having a green day
Breakfast was
2 x Nectarines chopped, handful of blueberries and an Activia Citrus Yoghurt.
