SW lasagne

Extra lean mince (you could use quorn mince to make it green)
quark
lasagne sheets
3oz of reduced fat cheddar
onion
couple of cloves of garlic
carton of passata
herbs and seasoning to taste
Stock cube, not essential but adds more flavour!

Fry your mince and add crushed stock cube and onion and garlic.

Add passata and add seasoning to your taste. Bring to boil then turn heat right down and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Make your 'white sauce' - empty a tub of quark into a jug, mix until smooth and add a little warm water until it's the right consistency. If it's too runny add a little cornflour (1 syn per tsp) to thicken.

Layer the two mixtures into a lasagne dish as normal with lasagne sheets and sprinkle cheese on top.

Cook in oven for about 25mins.

Serve with salad.
