Wow well done lady I had half a bottle on my birthday but shared it with flatmate instead of drinking it to myself so I consider that a victory too...we are alcohol winners

I realised 165 so I was well chuffed!

Took me a few weeks to enjoy a drink again but I'm back to the way things were, well not as bad as dec, I don't drink in the week at least!!

I'm back to normal ;-)

The month off definitely helped me. I don't drink half as much anymore and I'm even on holiday in Mexico and I've hardly drank here.
I love a nice glass of ice coke diet coke though lol xxx

I had an options light with my two alpen lights for a heb which I'd saved, I think I enjoyed it more than a glass of wine!
